Citizenship.Agents is a consulting and document management platform for Italian, Spanish, and French citizenship applications. Our service includes assistance in gathering, organizing, and tracking the documentation required for citizenship processes.

By using this platform, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

2. Legal Disclaimer

Citizenship.Agents is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are a consulting and document management service that facilitates the citizenship application process.

The information provided through our platform is for informational and guidance purposes only. For specific legal matters, we recommend consulting a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.

3. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by subscription plan:

• Free Plan: Not applicable, as there is no charge.
• PRO plan (monthly subscription): you can cancel anytime from your dashboard and you will not be charged for the next month. If you ask within 7 days of your first payment, we refund that payment in full.
• PRO+ plan (one-time payment): full refund within 14 days of payment, provided that work on your case has not begun.

On the PRO+ plan, once work on your case has begun no refunds are issued. Refund requests must be submitted via email.

4. Artificial Intelligence Assistant

Our platform includes an AI assistant that provides general information about citizenship processes. The assistant's responses are for guidance only and do not constitute legal advice.

The AI assistant may make errors or provide outdated information. Always verify important information with official sources or consult a qualified professional.

5. Data Responsibility

The user is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information and documents uploaded to the platform. Citizenship.Agents is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.

It is the user's obligation to keep their personal information and documentation up to date within the platform.

6. Modifications to Terms

Citizenship.Agents reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered users via the email associated with their account.

Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Citizenship.Agents operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of said jurisdiction. For international users, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any conflict through direct negotiation before pursuing legal action.
